  BUTLER COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS

* UNTIL 130 PM CST

* AT 1028 AM CST...A TRAINED WEATHER SPOTTER REPORTED FLOODING AT THE
INTERSECTION SOUTHWEST 150TH ST AND BUTLER ROAD. THIS INTERSECTION 
IS BEING BARRICADED.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...URBAN AREAS...HIGHWAYS...STREETS AND UNDERPASSES
AS WELL AS OTHER DRAINAGE AREAS AND LOW LYING SPOTS. AVOID ALL
