THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN GREENVILLE-SPARTANBURG HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  GRAHAM COUNTY IN WESTERN NORTH CAROLINA

* UNTIL 145 PM EDT

* AT 1048 AM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN OVER GRAHAM COUNTY...ESPECIALLY NEAR THE TENNESEE STATE BORDER.
  THE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING THIS RAIN HAD MOVED VERY LITTLE.

* CONTINUED THUNDERSTORM DEVLOPMENT AND SLOW MOVEMENT OF THESE STORMS WILL
  CAUSE RIVERS AND STREAMS IN GRAHAM COUNTY TO RISE RAPIDLY. OF PARTICULAR
  CONCERN ARE SLICKROCK CREEK...AND SMALLER STREAMS IN THE JOYCE KILMER
  WILDERNESS AREA.
