WESTERN DAGGETT COUNTY IN NORTHEAST UTAH * UNTIL 345 PM MDT * AT 255 PM MDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 8 MILES SOUTHWEST OF MANILA...MOVING EAST AT 20 MPH.
