  FANNIN COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL TEXAS

* UNTIL 345 PM CST

* AT 1238 PM CST...THE FANNIN COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGER REPORTED 
FLOODING OF ROADS AND BRIDGES ACROSS THE COUNTY. RADAR INDICATED A 
LARGE AREA OF MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN MOVING TOWARD THE AREA...AND 
THIS WILL AGGRAVATE FLOODING CONDITIONS.

IMMINENT. MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES. DO NOT
