THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN FORT WORTH HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  COOKE COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL TEXAS
  GRAYSON COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL TEXAS

* UNTIL 130 PM CDT

* AT 1034 AM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED BETWEEN
  TWO AND THREE INCHES OF RAIN MAY HAVE FALLEN OVER COOKE...AND 
  EASTERN GRAYSON COUNTIES. THE HEAVIEST RAIN WAS INDICATED OVER
  OVER THE NORTHERN END OF RAY ROBERTS RESERVOIR. RADAR INDICATED
  THE MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN MOVING SOUTH AT ABOUT 15 MPH...AND 
  WILL BE ENDING BY NOON...BUT IN THE MEANTIME...FLOODING IN LOW 
  LYING AREAS WILL CONTINUE. 

* OTHER LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE GAINESVILLE...POTTSBORO...
  WHITESBORO...AND TIOGA.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS RAIN WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL

ROADS AND FARMLANDS ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS AND OTHER
LOW LYING AREAS WILL BE SUBJECT TO FLASH FLOODING.
