* AT 1158 PM CDT...WEATHER SPOTTERS REPORTED A BRIEF TOUCHDOWN OF A
  TORNADO NEAR SPENCER. THE STORM WAS MOVING EAST AROUND 45 MPH.

* THE TORNADO WILL BE NEAR...
