CLAY COUNTY IN NORTHWEST IOWA * UNTIL 1015 PM CDT * AT 940 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM OVER SPENCER...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 50 MPH. * THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WILL...
