THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SIOUX FALLS HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  OSCEOLA COUNTY IN NORTHWEST IOWA

* UNTIL 1100 PM CDT

* VERY HEAVY RAIN ALREADY THIS EVENING HAS CAUSED CONSIDERABLE 
PONDING OF WATER AND HIGH WATER LEVELS IN SMALL STREAMS AND 
RIVER. ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAIN IS EXPECTED LATER THIS EVENING AS 
THUNDERSTORMS AGAIN MOVE THROUGH THE AREA. THIS WILL CAUSE FLASH 
FLOODING OF STREAMS AND URBAN AREAS. 

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWyAYS AND UNDERPASSES. ADDITIONALLY...COUNTRY
ROADS AND FARMLANDS ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS AND OTHER
LOW LYING AREAS ARE SUBJECT TO FLASH FLOODING.
