THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN GRAND FORKS HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...

  EASTERN GRIGGS COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA AND
  STEELE COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA.

* UNTIL 830 PM CDT

* AT 425 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
  SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN BETWEEN COOPERSTOWN AND  
  FINLEY.  MOVEMENT WAS TO THE EAST AT 10 MPH.

* THIS STORM WILL BRING VERY HEAVY RAIN TO AREAS ALONG HIGHWAY 200   
  BETWEEN COOPERSTOWN AND FINLEY.  RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF UP TO 5       
  INCHES WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH THIS STORM.  THIS WILL CAUSE          
  FLOODING OF ROADS...DITCHES AND CREEKS IN THE WARNING              
  AREA.  

MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR
VEHICLE INT4O WATER OF UNKNOWN DEPTH. ONE OR TWO FEET OF WATER WILL
