* UNTIL 800 AM CDT

* AT 622 AM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN 8 MILES NORTHWEST OF MEDINA.  THE AREA OF HEAVY RAIN WAS   
NEARLY STATIONARY. DOPPLER RADAR HAS ESTIMATED 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN 
HAS FALLEN IN THIS AREA THIS MORNING.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES. ADDITIONALLY...COUNTRY
ROADS AND FARMLANDS ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS AND OTHER
