* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTH CENTRAL OTERO COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL NEW MEXICO

* UNTIL 610 PM MDT

* AT 439 PM MDT... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR
  INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS REDEVELOPING OVER AREAS WHERE
  RAINFALLS OF UP TO THREE INCHES HAVE ALREADY OCCURRED THIS
  AFTERNOON.  MOTORISTS DRIVING ALONG US 82 BETWEEN CLOUDCROFT
  AND US 54 SHOULD USE EXTREME CAUTION AND CHECK FOR ROAD
  CLOSURES. ALSO RUNOFF FROM THESE STORMS WILL MAKE DRIVING
  HAZARDOUS ALONG US 54 NORTH OF ALAMOGORDO.
