  THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN 16 MILES WEST OF 
  ODESSA...  OR OVER BLUE SPRINGS...MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH.  THESE 
  STORMS HAVE BEEN PRODUCING RAIN AT THE RATE OF 1 TO 2 INCHES AN
