THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PLEASANT HILL HAS CONTINUED THE

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  ADAIR COUNTY IN NORTHEAST MISSOURI

* UNTIL 1130 PM CDT

* AT 915 PM CDT...THE ADAIR COUNTY SHERIFF OFFICE REPORTED SEVERAL 
ROADS IN THE COUNTIES UNDER WATER...INCLUDING ROUTE D EAST OF GREEN 
CASTLE...ROUTE O AT THE NOVINGER CITY LIMITS...AND HIGHWAY 149 NEAR 
CONNELLSVILLE.  MOBILE HOMES IN THE NOVINGER AREA WERE ALSO FLOODED.

* RUN OFF FROM THE RAIN EARLIER IN THE EVENING WILL CONTINUE TO KEEP 
STREAMS AND CREEKS OUT OF THEIR BANKS DURING THE LATTER HALF OF THE 
EVENING...BUT THE SITUATION SHOULD GRADUALLY IMPROVE AS DRY WEATHER 
PREVAILS.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
