THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PLEASANT HILL HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  PETTIS COUNTY IN CENTRAL MISSOURI

* UNTIL 215 PM CDT

* AT 1119 AM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED...  
THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN NEAR GREEN RIDGE MOVING EAST 
AT 30 MPH. AN ADDITIONAL ONE-HALF TO ONE INCH OF RAIN WILL FALL ON 
TOP OF GROUND THAT RECEIVED HEAVY RAINS EARLIER THIS MORNING. 
SEVERAL ROADS IN SOUTHERN PETTIS COUNTY ARE ALREADY UNDER WATER.

* ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINFALL WILL LEAD TO RAPID RISES...AND THE THREAT
