  STREETS.

* ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINFALL WILL LEAD TO RAPID RISES...AND THE THREAT
  OF FLASH FLOODING...ON THE FOLLOWING STREAMS AND CREEKS

  STRANGER CREEK...TONGANOXIE CREEK...NINE MILE CREEK AND WOLF CREEK
