* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SCOTT COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL IOWA

* UNTIL 530 PM CDT

* AT 235 PM CDT...THE BETTENDORF FIRE DEPARTMENT REPORTED WATER OVER 
29TH STREET AND MIDDLE ROAD AT STAFFORD CREEK.  HEAVY RAIN CONTINUES 
TO FALL OVER EASTERN SCOTT COUNTY.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL 
CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES.  ADDITIONALLY... 
COUNTRY ROADS AND FARMLANDS ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS
