THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  WASHTENAW COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST MICHIGAN

* UNTIL 900 PM EDT

* AT 548 PM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAINFALL
  WAS OCCURRING FROM CHELSEA TO SALINE AND SOUTHWARD WITH UP TO THREE 
  INCHES SINCE 4 PM. A TRAINED SPOTTER REPORTED TORRENTIAL RAIN AND 
  FLOODING OF FIELDS AND DITCHES SOUTHEAST OF MANCHESTER.

* A LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN WILL CONTINUE TO
  MOVE ACROSS SOUTHWEST WASHTENAW COUNTY UNTIL AT LEAST 630 PM. AN 
  ADDITIONAL ONE TO TWO INCHES OF RAINFALL IS STILL POSSIBLE.

THIS WARNING REPLACES THE PREVIOUS URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOOD 
ADVISORY.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL 
CREEKS AND STREAMS...COUNTRY ROADS...AS WELL AS FARMLAND ALONG THE 
BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS.
