THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN DES MOINES HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  WARREN COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL IOWA

* UNTIL 345 PM CDT

* AT 1251 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH FLASH FLOOD PRODUCING RAINS OVER CENTRAL AND
  SOUTHERN WARREN COUNTY...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 20 MPH.

* THUNDERSTORMS ARE CONTINUOUSLY REDEVELOPING OVER THE WARNING
  AREA AND AREAS IMMEDIATELY NORTHWEST OF WARREN COUNTY...WHICH WILL
  RESULT IN EXCESSIVE RAINFALL. RAINFALL RATES WILL AVERAGE 1 TO 2
  INCHES PER HOUR. THIS WILL PRODUCE FLASH FLOODING ALONG SMALLER
  TRIBUTARIES OF THE MIDDLE AND NORTH RIVERS

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
