* AT 457 AM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH FLASH FLOOD PRODUCING RAINS OVER EASTERN DAVIS
  COUNTY INTO SOUTHERN WAPELLO COUNTY...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 20 MPH.

  WARNING LOCATIONS INCLUDE FLORIS AND PULASKI

* THUNDERSTORMS ARE CONTINUOUSLY REDEVELOPING OVER THE WARNING
