* AT 911 PM CDT DODGE CITY DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A RAPIDLY ROTATING
  THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO 4 MILES WEST OF
  HARGRAVE...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.
