A CLUSTER OF SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS
PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL. DOPPLER RADAR
ESTIMATES THAT MORE THAN 2.5 INCHES OF RAIN HAS
OCCURRED DURING THE PAST HOUR. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL
IS EXPECTED TO OCCUR, AND WILL LIKELY PRODUCE
