* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...

* UNTIL 430 AM CDT

* AT 1228 AM CDT DODGE CITY DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED RAINFALL 
  ESTIMATES OF 3 TO 4 INCHES DURING THE PAST HOUR AND A HALF
  OVER PORTIONS OF CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN KEARNY COUNTY AND 
  ACROSS NORTHERN FINNEY COUNTY. ALTHOUGH THE RAIN IS EXPECTED
  TO DIMINISH THROUGH 200 AM CDT THIS MORNING, THE GROUND IS
  LIKELY ALREADY SATURDATED LEAVING NO PLACE FOR THE WATER TO
  GO.

ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
