* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  RUSH COUNTY IN CENTRAL KANSAS
  NESS COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL KANSAS

* UNTIL 1230 AM CDT

* AT 627 PM CDT DODGE CITY DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED WIDESPREAD HEAVY 
RAINS OVER MUCH OF NESS AND WESTERN RUSH COUNTIES. RADAR ESTIMATES 
THAT 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN IN PARTS OF NESS 
COUNTY FROM A FIRST ROUND OF THUNDERSTORMS. IN ADDITION...MORE  
THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO MOVE INTO RUSH AND NESS COUNTY 
OVERNIGHT.
