  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH A DEVELOPING TORNADO NEAR FORCE...OR 10
  MILES SOUTH OF ST. MARYS...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 45 MPH.

* THE TORNADO IS EXPECTED TO BE NEAR...
  FORCE AND PARKER DAM SP AT 300 AM.
