* AT 843 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A  
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH A TORNADO 8 MILES NORTHWEST OF  
  KARTHAUS...OR 19 MILES NORTHEAST OF CLEARFIELD...MOVING 
  NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH.

* THE TORNADO IS EXPECTED TO BE NEAR...
