* AT 714 PM...AN AREA OF THUNDERSTORMS IS PRODUCING TORRENTIAL 
RAINFALL IN THE WARNED AREA. RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL 
WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING IN LOW LYING AND POOR DRAINAGE AREAS OF 
ADAMS AND YORK COUNTIES.
