THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN STATE COLLEGE PA HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  LEBANON COUNTY IN PENNSYLVANIA
  LANCASTER COUNTY IN PENNSYLVANIA

* UNTIL 515 PM EDT.

* AT 201 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL.

SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS ARE PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IN THE
WARNED AREA. RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH 
FLOODING IN CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN LEBANON AND NORTHERN LANCASTER COUNTIES.

DOPPLER RADAR HAS ESTIMATED THAT UP TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN 
OVER ISOLATED AREAS IN SOUTHERN LEBANON COUNTY. ADDITIONALLY LEBANON 
COUNTY 9 1 1 CENTER HAS REPORTED STREET FLOODING IN SEVERAL ISOLATED 
LOCATIONS. HEAVY RAIN WILL CONTINUE OVER THE NEXT HOUR.  MORE RAIN 
IS EXPECTED TO PASS THROUGH THE AREA FOR 2 TO 3 ADDITIONAL HOURS.

RESIDENTS LIVING NEAR STREAMS AND CREEKS SHOULD REMAIN ALERT TO 
RAPIDLY CHANGING CONDITIONS...AND BE READY TO MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND 
IF NEEDED.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED. MOVE TO
HIGHER GROUND.
