THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN STATE COLLEGE PA HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  FRANKLIN COUNTY IN PENNSYLVANIA

* UNTIL 230 AM EDT.

* AT 825 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL OVER ALL OF FRANKLIN
  COUNTY. COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT OFFICIALS REPORT THAT A
  PORTION OF ROUTE 30 HAS BEEN CLOSED DUE TO HIGH WATER. 

SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS ARE PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINFALL. ALMOST 
TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN BETWEEN 6 AND 8 PM. RUNOFF FROM THIS 
EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING AS MORE SHOWERS AND 
THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED THROUGH THE NIGHT. 

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED.
