  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN WILL MOVE INTO STARK COUNTY
  DURING THE NEXT 1 TO 2 HOURS. RAINFALL RATES OF 1 TO AS MUCH AS
  2.5 INCHES AN HOUR CAN BE EXPECTED WITH THE STORMS.
