* AT 910 AM EDT THE PUBLIC REPORTED FLOODING ON SEVERAL SMALL        
  STREAMS IN SOUTHERN ERIE COUNTY IN THE EDINBORO AREA.  THERE HAVE  
  BEEN OTHER REPORTS OF WATER OVER ROADWAYS FROM WATERFORD TO        
  EDINBORO.
