  CUYAHOGA COUNTY IN OHIO...

* UNTIL 515 PM EDT

* AT 317 PM EDT WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF NEARLY 
STATIONARY THUNDERSTORMS FROM WESTLAKE THROUGH CLEVELAND TO MAYFIELD 
HEIGHTS THAT WERE PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINS OF 2 TO 3 INCHES PER 
HOUR.

* TORRENTIAL RAINS CAN BY EXPECTED FROM WESTLAKE EAST THROUGH 
CLEVELAND TO MAYFIELD HEIGHTS MAINLY NORTH OF I-480 AND SOUTH OF 
I-90 THROUGH 5 PM.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THESE STORMS WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF 
SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS...URBAN AREAS...HIGHWAYS...STREETS AND
