* AT 946 AM EDT...RADAR INDICATED A WATERSPOUT JUST E OF THE ISLE OF 
  PALMS AND SULLIVANS ISLAND...OR  ABOUT 11 MILES EAST               
  OF CHARLESTON...MOVING WEST AT 15 MPH. THE WATERSPOUT WILL MOVE    
  ONSHORE AS A WEAK TORNADO.

* SOME LOCATIONS NEAR THE PATH OF THIS TORNADO INCLUDE...
