* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOODING FOR...
  CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY IN WESTERN NEW YORK
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF...FREDONIA...JAMESTOWN...DUNKIRK

* UNTIL 1015 PM EDT

* AT 809 PM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED            
  THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY ACROSS MOST OF CHAUTAUQUA       
  COUNTY. THESE STORMS WERE MOVING NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH. MORE         
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN ARE MOVING TOWARD CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY  
  FROM THE SOUTHWEST AND WILL CONTINUE THE HEAVY RAIN THROUGH 9:30
  PM.
