THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN BUFFALO HAS ISSUED A

* FLOOD WARNING FOR ICE JAM FLOODING ON CAZENOVIA CREEK IN
  CENTRAL ERIE COUNTY IN WESTERN NEW YORK
  IN THE TOWN OF WEST SENECA

* UNTIL 900 PM EST

* AT 315 PM EST...A LARGE ICE JAM HAS FORMED ALONG THE CAZENOVIA
  CREEK IN WEST SENECA. PUBLIC OFFICIALS REPORT THAT FLOODING IS
  BEGINNING IN THE PARKSIDE DRIVE-WILLOWDALE DRIVE AREAS.

FLOODING IN THIS AREA MAY WORSEN UNTIL THE JAM BREAKS. TEMPERATURES
WILL REMAIN UNSEASONABLY WARM THROUGH THIS EVENING SO THE THREAT
WILL CONTINUE.

A FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR OCCURRING. IF YOU
ARE IN THE WARNING AREA MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND IMMEDIATELY. RESIDENTS
LIVING ALONG STREAMS AND CREEKS SHOULD TAKE IMMEDIATE PRECAUT3IONS TO
PROTECT PROPERTY.
