THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN BUFFALO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR ...
  ICE JAM FLOODING ALONG THE CAZENOVIA CREEK IN CENTRAL ERIE COUNTY.

* UNTIL 12 NOON EST

* AT 745 AM EST...PUBLIC OFFICIALS REPORTED AN ICE JAM ALONG THE     
  CAZENOVIA CREEK IN WEST SENECA NEAR THE ORCHARD PARK ROAD-RIDGE    
  ROAD BRIDGE. FLOODING IS OCCURRING IN THE PARKSIDE-WILLOWDALE DRIVE 
  NEIGHBORHOOD.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR OCCURRING. 
IF YOU ARE IN THE WARNING AREA MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND IMMEDIATELY.
