* AT 626 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A 
SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH STRONG ROTATION 10 MILES NORTH OF   
ALTON...MOVING SOUTH AT 20 MPH.

* THE TORNADO IS EXPECTED BE NEAR...
   EDINBURG BY 650 PM CDT.
   ALTON BY 655 PM CDT.
   MISSION...MCALLEN...LA HOMA BY 700 PM CDT.
