THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  JIM HOGG COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS

* UNTIL 845 PM CDT

* AT 540 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL FROM 10 MILES TO 30 MILES   
  SOUTH OF HEBBRONVILLE...MOVING EAST AT 10 TO 15 MPH. DOPPLER RADAR 
  ESTIMATED THAT 3 TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAVE ALREADY FALLEN IN THE    
  WARNING AREA.  

* SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS ARE PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IN THE
  WARNED AREA. RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH
  FLOODING TO OCCUR. SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLASH
  FLOODING INCLUDE...HEBBRONVILLE.
