THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL 7 MILES WEST OF
EDINBURG...IN ADDITION TO 10 MILES NORTHWEST OF RAYMONDVILLE...AND
ALONG HIGHWAY 77 IN SOUTH KENEDY COUNTY.
* SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS ARE PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IN THE
WARNED AREA. RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH
