  THUNDERSTORM WITH A POSSIBLE TORNADO 8 MILES NORTHWEST OF ELBA...OR
  ABOUT 15 MILES SOUTHWEST OF AKRON...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 5 TO 10    
  MPH.
