SOUTHEASTERN ELBERT COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL COLORADO CENTRAL LINCOLN COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL COLORADO * UNTIL 300 PM MDT * AT 235 PM MDT...A WEATHER SPOTTER REPORTED THREE SMALL FUNNEL CLOUDS 6 MILES SOUTH-SOUTHEAST OF HUGO. THE FUNNEL CLOUDS WERE ASSOCIATED WITH A LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS STRETCHING FROM 6 MILES WEST OF KUTCH TO 12 MILES SOUTHEAST OF ARRIBA...OR FROM 28 MILES SOUTHWEST OF LIMON TO 29 MILES EAST OF LIMON.
