  VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER ARICKAREE SCHOOL...OR ABOUT 29 MILES          
  SOUTHEAST OF AKRON. THE STORMS PRODUCING THE HEAVY RAIN WERE       
  NEARLY STATIONARY.  RADAR ESTIMATES UP TO 5 INCHES OF RAIN HAS
