* AT 1244 PM CST...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED ANOTHER 
LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS...WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN...ABOUT TO MOVE THROUGH
THE WARNED COUNTIES.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THESE STORMS...ON TOP OF THE RAIN THAT HAS
