  SOUTHERN GOLDEN VALLEY COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST NORTH DAKOTA
  SLOPE COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST NORTH DAKOTA
  THIS INCLUDRS THE TOWNS OF MARMARTH AND AMIDON.

* AT 913 PM MDT...SKYWARN SPOTTERS REPORTED A FLASH FLOOD 2 TO 8
  MILES EAST OF GOLVA IN SOUTHERN GOLDEN VALLEY COUNTY. 

* THUNDERSTORMS WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL HAVE MOVED THROUGH SOUTHERN
  GOLDEN VALLEY COUNTY...AND WESTERN AND CENTRAL BOWMAN AND SLOPE 
  COUNTIES BETWEEN 7 AND 9 PM MDT. FLASH FLOODING HAS BEEN REPORTED
  NEAR GOLVA IN SOUTHERN GOLDEN VALLEY COUNTY...AND THE RADAR 
  INDICATES 3 TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAVE FALLEN BETWEEN GOLVA AND 
  AMIDON. THESE STORMS WILL BE MOVING INTO RHAME...AND NEAR BOWMAN
  BY 1015 PM MDT.
