THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN BISMARCK HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SIOUX COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA

* UNTIL 300 AM MDT(400 AM CDT)

* AT 1157 PM MDT(1257 AM CDT)...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR
  INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER CENTRAL SIOUX COUNTY...OR ABOUT 48
  MILES SOUTH OF BISMARCK...MOVING EAST AT 25 MPH.

THE HEAVY RAIN IS WILL MOVE INTO THE AREA WHERE FLASH FLOODING 
OCCURRED EARLIER THIS EVENING.  RADAR ESTIMATED UP TO 8 INCHES
OF RAIN FELL SOUTH OF SELFRIDGE EARLY THIS EVENING.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT
QUICKLY. MOVE UP TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY
IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
