  THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO. THE MOST DANGEROUS
  PORTION OF THE STORM WAS LOCATED OVER PANHANDLE...MOVING SOUTHWEST
  AT 15 MPH. THIS STORM HAS A HISTORY OF PRODUCING TORNADOES.
