THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  EASTERN ARMSTRONG COUNTY...AND WESTERN AND CENTRAL DONLEY
  COUNTY IN THE TEXAS PANHANDLE

* UNTIL 200 AM CST

* AS OF 930 PM CST...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR HAD ESTIMATED BETWEEN 5
  AND 7 INCHES OF RAIN HAD FALLEN OVER MUCH OF EASTERN ARMSTRONG
  AND PORTIONS OF WESTERN AND CENTRAL DONLEY COUNTIES DURING THE
  PAST 24 HOURS. ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINFALL IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE 
  THROUGH MIDNIGHT TONIGHT.

* SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED INCLUDE...
