* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  EASTERN ARMSTRONG COUNTY IN THE TEXAS PANHANDLE
  DONLEY COUNTY IN THE TEXAS PANHANDLE

* UNTIL 300 AM CDT

* AT 1040 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY   
RAINFALL WAS OCCURRING ACROSS EASTERN ARMSTRONG AND ACROSS MOST OF 
DONLEY COUNTY. THE STORMS WITH HEAVY RAINFALL WERE MOVING NORTH TO 
NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.

* SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED INCLUDE...
  LELIA LAKE...HOWARDWICK...HEDLEY...GREENBELT LAKE...GOODNIGHT AND
  CLARENDON
