* AT 423 PM MDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR CONTINUED TO
  INDICATE HEAVY THUNDERSTORM RAINS NEAR NOGAL OR ABOUT 15 MILES
  SOUTHEAST OF CARRIZOZO. THE THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING EAST AT NEAR 15 MPH.
