THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN ALBUQUERQUE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTH CENTRAL MORA COUNTY IN NORTHEAST NEW MEXICO

* UNTIL 600 PM MDT

* AT 356 PM MDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
A THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN 10 MILES EAST OF OCATE ALONG 
OCATE CREEK.  THIS STORM HAS NOT MOVED MUCH DURING THE PAST COUPLE 
OF HOURS AND RADAR ESTIMATES INDICATE THAT AROUND 3 TO 4 INCHES OF 
RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER THIS AREA.  

BOTH LOCALIZED AND DISTANT HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CREATE SUDDEN AND
DANGEROUS FLOWS IN ARROYOS AND OVER LOW WATER CROSSINGS.
