* AT 1231 PM MDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR 
  INDICATED HEAVY RAIN OVER THE BURNED AREA IN LOS ALAMOS COUNTY.
  RAGING TORRENTS OF WATER ARE POSSIBLE THROUGH THE CANYONS ABOVE 
  LOS ALAMOS AND INTO LOS ALAMOS ITSELF.
